Manufacture of Air Preheater (APH) Elements and Baskets:
In Thermal Power Stations and Captive Power Plants, APH Elements are used to recover heat from hot flue gases before they pass through the chimney to the atmosphere. The heat recovered by APH elements, packed in baskets, increases boiler efficiency resulting in lower cost of fuel required per unit of electricity generated.
We manufacture heating elements (DU type; International Standard; corrugated and creased CRCA sheets) as per customer’s specifications and drawings by ‘Single Stage Roll Forming’ method using Cold Rolling Dies. This is the latest technology used for the manufacture of APH elements resulting in longer life of APH elements, thus bringing down the cost of replacing the same.
